Wow, this food is amazing! The vegetable samosa and garlic Naan teased us in anticipation for our lunch, we got 2 curries lamb makhani and the chiken tiki masala, hakka noodles with shrimp and palak paneer dosa. Everything is so flavorful and amazing. Best Indian food I have ever in a restaurant.

Absolutely amazing! We got the chef special with Paneer Makhani had everything vegetarian and typically I'm a carnivore but I didn't miss meat at all with awesome flavors. The long crepe is A Mysore Masala Dosa. We can't wait to go. Probably be back next week. Give this local Family owned place a try.

One of few restaurants hat offers indoor-Chinese food options. We tried their chillli garloc fried rice and it was amazing. We also had their chicken Malai which come with rice bowl and a garlic naan for the kids. This was very tasty. Overall good quality for the price. There was ample seating and car parking. Huh Lou recommend for indo Chinese food.

I was at the place when I went shopping at the Indian store. If you're looking for real South Indian flavors, then I would definitely recommend this place. They service delicious dosa's. They also have a variety of other Indian dishes as well. The best part is that food looks exactly like the pictures shown on the display. They staff is very friendly and welcoming. We ordered Rawa masala dosa, pav bhaji, dahi puri and filter coffee. Everything was authentic and delicious. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Only lived in Gainesville for a year, but since I moved back home, I have been trying to find an Indian restaurant that mirrors their mango curry sauce! It's delicious! Food was always good, fresh, and flavorful.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been living in Gainesville for three years, and Indian Street Food is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in town. The food is incredibly flavorful and well-prepared—some of the best Indian food I’ve had anywhere. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and traditional spices that really bring the dishes to life. As a Muslim, I truly appreciate that the meat is Halal, which makes it one of the few spots in town where I can enjoy a wide variety of dishes without any concern. That’s a huge plus for me and a big reason I keep coming back. The service is consistently excellent—the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home every time you walk in. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Indian food or just exploring, this spot is a must-visit in Gainesville!
